Service and eligibility

Trainer provides software for general fitness planning, workout logging, nutrition organization, and progress review. You must meet the minimum age required in your location and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Not medical advice

Trainer provides general fitness and nutrition support. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure a disease or injury and is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional. Stop an exercise and seek appropriate help for pain, injury, severe symptoms, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, or a clinician restriction. Do not use Trainer for an emergency.

User choices and responsibility

Plans and macro estimates are recommendations, not guarantees. You choose whether to follow, edit, swap, shorten, or stop a recommendation. Food-photo estimates may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before logging. Do not use a recommendation that conflicts with your health needs or professional guidance.

Acceptable use and content

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use another person's account. You retain rights to content you submit while giving us the limited permissions needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Availability and changes

Features, providers, and content may change. We may suspend access for security, legal, or operational reasons. We will provide notices required by law for material changes.

Subscriptions

Trainer may offer one or more auto-renewable subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available in Trainer where supported. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's policies.
